A robot to us in Oregon is a row butt to someone from Pennsylvania.  I've heard people from the east call it that so that doesn't really qualify as a Darlenism.

I think I heard Darlene call tile "towel."  She definitely refers to a tiger as "tagger."

February 14th is "Valentimes Day."  Time for a valen!

When someone is drowning they are drownding.

When its time to play poker it's always "Texum Holdem."

Shirt cuff links are cufflings to Darlene.

A neurosurgeon is a norosurgeon.

I'm sure there are more that I've forgotten to make note of.

Some Habits are Hard to Break

Darlene keeps calling a window sill, "window seal."  I've tried to point out that the sill does not seal anything.

New One Plus Some Old Ones

Darlene's daughter told me they were in the store today and Darlene called Tostitos (the Frito Lay snack), Tostados.

Darlene is a big Steelers fan. For the longest time she called the quarterback Ben Rothenberger. Most people know him as Ben Roethlisberger. She also refers to Troy Polamalu as Palamero.

Several Darlenisms

My girlfriend, Darlene, as we were out walking the dog called an armadillo, an armadilla.

Earlier as we were leaving Smokey Bones to go to Barnes and Noble she called Walgreens, Walgrens.

Darlene, when referring to a whirlwind, calls it a world wind.
